17.04.2010-AEROBICS WORKSHOP (For Teachers)
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to
mourn for the past but to live the present moment wisely"
The teachers of QVS lived the moment to its full when the school organized a workshop for teachers of Kindergarten section. It was a workshop meant for the teachers to let their hair down. An aerobic instructor was invited who made the teachers tap to the rhythm of Aerobic music. The teachers were all charged up for the workshop and enjoyed themselves to the hilt.
The workshop turned out to be an occasion for the teachers, for rejuvenation where they were told of the importance of fitness in their busy lives. However against the general notion of fitness regime as strenuous this workshop was anything but that.
QVS ensures that not just its queens but also the "Queen-Makers" are fit and brimming with exuberance.
